New Moon

So finally! A few days ago, New Moon movie arrived!

It is to me to say that I love it, although I was standing out the movie theatre for an hour at midnight, I must say, it was worth it! (Well... at least for me)... After all, I gained a poster and a white New Moon bracelet, that must be taken into account.

What I noticed a few days ago was that the official webpage has been updated with more posters and information about the characters, which I totally loved. I leave you here the link ...

But there's more! The Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack has been as well released... well... it has been almost a month... but although I received it as a present I decided not to open it until I had watched the movie.

It is a great soundtrack, the songs give the exact feeling to the movie story... well, it is a little more calm and less depressive that the awesome songs found on Stephenie Meyer's New Moon playlist, which I also recommend you to listen since they expose the exact feeling of depression found in the novel. Songs like Papercut by Linkin Park, Empty Room by Marjorie Fair, Unwell by Matchbox 20, Best I Ever Had by Vertical Horizon, and Hate Me by Blue October can be found in New Moon playlist, and personally, I think they are the best ones to represent Bella's feelings, except the last one mentioned, which, Stephenie Meyer herself assured, explains

Edward's feelings.

Sooo... My best friend went to France, which means I feel kind of devastated for the meanwhile, I mean, I've got my boyfriend, but we miss him.... It's not the same without him, I mean it, I really love him a lot... So, we, boyfriend and I, made him a video, so if you want, you can check it out... Hope you like it, it is a little bit long, but it's worth our friendship... I got some problems with the band names, I couldn't get to fix them however I wrote the correction on the description, after all, it was my first video, yay!... Hope you like it!

I am looking for music for my new program, and casually, my bf told me to follow lifeSKATE on twitter. So I did it, and in the web-page I found several tips by Joe Jorgens, the head of Sonic Edge Music. He gives so many helping tips on how to choose the adequate music and what details must be taken into account. I highly recommend these web-pages if you are a figure ice skater looking for music for a new program. I will post a sneak peak of the 3rd tip by Joe Jorgens for you to get and idea on what the tips and the page are about.

TIP #3: FIT THE MUSIC TO THE SKATER'S STYLE AND SKATING PERSONALITY

Beyond a skater’s strength in elements, we also want our music to match the way a skater performs. Some music simply fits certain skating styles and programs better than others. For example, if your skater has a fluid, lyrical style of skating would they work best with something dramatic like Bizet or Carmen, or the softer flowing sound of Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

If your skater has good speed and jumping ability your musical choices should favor tempo and drama. You can find this type of music among epic soundtracks where the titles, themes and music fully use an orchestra, making them a good choice for this type skater. These should also have a well defined and clear melody or theme. Some fitting music might include...

Pues, no sé muy bien cómo escribir esto... En sí, tenía la idea de escribir y postear cosas interesantes aquí, sin embargo, creo que debeo de hacer esto. Aunque sea de un tema no interesante. La película, "Arrástrame al Infierno". Peor tema, no se me ocurre por el momento. No contaré, ni daré una reseña de la película por aquellos interesados en ir a perder dinero Y tiempo en una película como esta. No la recomiendo para nada, en serio, detesto hacer críticas de películas por el trabajo y el dinero que hacer éstas implica, pero lo que vi hoy me dejó muy angustiada. El no saber que veía, si una película de miedo o de comedia o simplemente de asco. ¡Qué horror! Asquerosa, y no me refiero a mala, bueno parte sí, pero hablo del verdadero significado de asquerosa, ni ganas tengo de comer. En serio, recomiendo que si van al cine, vean alguna otra cosa, pero por favor, evítense la pena de ver esta película. Una vez más, no me gusta criticar películas, pero si me gustaría evitarles el error a muchas personas. Es sólo una crítica, evítense los malos comentarios, es mi opinión, y no creo ser la única en pensar esto. Buena noche!

Well, as you may be noticing I like the Twilight Saga. I kind of prefer the books, however it is quite cool to watch the characters come to life. So I can say, I also love Twilight movies.
